In this busy and varied position within the Off-Site Programmes team you will provide administrative assistance to all areas of the department to ensure the office and programmes operate efficiently and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to build on previous administration experience in a role that will see you develop skills in a wide range of areas.
The role will see you take on a variety of tasks including assisting with the resources for all programmes and ordering materials as required, preparing pre-course information for programmes and liaising with suppliers, as well taking responsibility for logging invoices and distributing the office post.
Other duties in this role will include preparing documents and reports, assisting in collating survey information and feedback and completing the effective packing of resources to meet deadlines for dispatch to storage facilities.

You will be involved in some tasks that require lifting, moving and handling of materials. You will also be required to visit our off-site centres to attend meetings and provide support to programmes; as such a full UK driver’s licence is required.
