Caretaker / Gardener

37 hours per week

£18,025 PA

We are looking for a person with enthusiasm and initiative to work as part of our small friendly team of caretaker/gardeners in keeping our communal and landscaped areas in and around Cambridge safe and pleasant for our residents. Gardening and cleaning skills are desirable but not essential, as full training will be given to someone showing the right attitude and commitment. Duties will be varied and interesting and will involve travel between sites. You will need a full driving licence, a reasonable level of physical fitness and the confidence to use garden and cleaning machinery.
