Salary £18,523 p.a. plus benefits

Trinity Hall is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Chef de Partie to provide a high standard of food for Fellows, students, conferences and functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong kitchen background, a wide repertoire of menus, and a real passion for food.  Qualified to City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, you will have experience of working in a similar environment, and cooking for large numbers of guests.

Working hours average 80 over two weeks with alternate weekends off on a split shift system.
