Conservation Assistant

Salary - £17,698 - £20,027
We are transforming IWM London. Over the next decade a series of redevelopment projects will regenerate the museum, starting with the creation of brand new First World War galleries to mark the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War in 2014. The majority of the large object conservation work will be carried out at IWM Duxford and to support our current conservation team we are looking for a further 4 Conservation Assistants. You must be a good team player and have an understanding of basic mechanical engineering skills. As you will be working in a public area you must demonstrate a genuine desire to work with and serve the public and be able to interact successfully with our visitors.
