Salary £18,000-£18,500 pro rata
(depending on experience)

Lutosa UK Ltd is the UK & Ireland sales office for a Belgian-based food manufacturing company, specialising in chilled and frozen potato products.

The small but busy UK sales office is based in St. Ives, Cambs.

We are looking for someone with flexibility who has a high level of motivation and the ability to work under pressure to join our small friendly team.

Working 22.5 hours per week over 4 days as follows: Monday & Tuesday 08:30 - 17:00, Wednesday & Friday 09:00 - 13:00. The successful candidate must have some experience in Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience of SAP is desirable but full in house training will be provided.

Duties to include:

• Credit control / purchase ledger including chasing customers for payment & banking

• Monitoring customer payment patterns & liasing with the Office Manager

• Receiving calls from internal & external customers

• Order processing to tight deadlines on SAP

• Load planning and general office duties
