Customer Service Representative
Full time. Based: UK and Ireland Head Office in Great Shelford, Cambridge
Act as the main point of contact between the franchisee and the Company to provide high-level customer service and support and research and resolve queries. Providing assistance to regional offices and franchisees in ordering equipment for new stores, remodels and relocations.
Answering the UK Freephone number dealing with enquiries and logging comments from the public. You will need excellent customer service and communication skills, to tactfully interact with a variety of individuals and strong organisational skills. You will be a team player, proactive and have a problem solving approach.
Minimum requirements: Educated to A-level standard, customer service background required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
