The MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) is one of the birthplaces of modern molecular biology. The LMB has the simply-stated goal of understanding biological processes at the molecular level, with the ultimate aim of using this knowledge to tackle specific problems in human health and disease. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join the domestic services department.
As a member of the team you will provide a quality domestic service and be responsible for all aspects of cleaning to a very high standard. The post holder must have at least 12 months previous domestic experience, although full training will be given in all aspects of the role including non-hazardous waste recycling. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the areas allocated are kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and the scientific and administrative support staff are able to work in a clean and safe environment.
