First & Second Line Support Analyst, Wyvern Magic
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work with a leading CRM application, in daily use by leading brands. You will be required to be the first line of support to all clients and users. Training will be given on the Wyvern Magic Marketing & CRM Application and job logging system.
Responsibilities:
• To provide first level support
• To contribute to new clients builds where appropriate
• To send monthly issue reports to all clients
Skills & Experience
We would expect you to have a burning desire to work in IT and be educated to at least A level standard. Experience of marketing applications or support desk service would be an advantage, as would the ability to program in the .Net environment and experience of SQL.
