NHS Pathways Call Handlers
Primary Location – Chesterton Medical Centre, Cambridge.
Full / Part time.
Evenings / Weekends / Nights / Bank Holidays
UCC are currently recruiting for NHS Pathways Call Handlers. Applicants must be flexible and available to commit to training over a 60 hour period either from 26th January Mo-Fri for two weeks or from 9th February Sat and Sun for 4 weekends. Once you have successfully completed the Pathways training a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week is needed. Experience within a call centre / NHS environment would be an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be given.
