An excellent opportunity to join a leading independent, internationally respected plant science organisation. We are looking for two enthusiastic committed growers to work at our new glasshouse complex and growing facilities. Successful candidates will be part of a team growing high quality herbaceous perennials, shrubs and glasshouse plants for Plant Breeders Rights trials. As part of this team you will work with the newest plants in horticulture and see the latest trends in plant breeding.


Applicants will need to have a strong interest in a wide range of plants and a flexible approach as the trials are constantly changing.

An experienced professional grower is needed to manage and care for container grown trials of herbaceous and woody plants. Knowledge of good plant husbandry is required and experience with glasshouse and nursery facilities will be an advantage. Salary up to £22,279 p.a. depending on experience and skills
