Vitae HEI Programme Manager
We seek a senior programme manager, to work across UK with universities, Vitae regional hubs and networks with a particular emphasis on the personal and career development of research staff. You will have experience within researcher development or a related field in higher education, with the capability to work with staff at all levels, including senior management. This is an exciting opportunity to make significant impact by working collaboratively to achieve growth in provision and uptake by researchers across the sector, to inform policy and practice, and to work within an international researcher development context.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing a team, working successfully with senior staff in universities, delivering projects to time with best value and being innovative in personal and career development. Reporting to the Vitae Director of Development, the post is full time, based in Cambridge with an indicative salary range £32k to £40k.
