Vitae Training and Development Manager
We seek an experienced trainer in researcher development or equivalent to identify, develop and deliver training programmes for researchers at all levels in UK and internationally, manage our Vitae associate trainers network and work with our events team.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in innovative approaches to training and development, working successfully with academics, research staff and students in universities, and delivering projects to time with best value. Reporting to the Vitae Business and Resources Programme Manager, the post is flexible with hours negotiable, reporting to and based in Cambridge with pro rata indicative salary range £23k to £30k pa.
