Trinity College is seeking to appoint a part-time Website Administrator (http://www.trin.cam.ac.uk) The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating information on the College website. He or she will also provide support to other members of College staff who use the website. The role will involve both adding copy provided by others and writing some original material.
Requirements of the position include strong communication skills, accurate copy-writing and proof-reading abilities and a basic knowledge of HTML. Prior experience of managing a website is desirable, as is a willingness to develop existing technical skills, for which training may be available.
The position involves 7.25 hours work a week. Flexible working arrangements are possible. Starting pay £10.918 per hour (£20680 pa pro rata), on an incremental scale. Additional benefits include a final salary pension scheme, noncontributory health insurance, and 33 days annual holidays (inclusive of Bank Holidays) pro rata.
